I wasn't going to waste my time writing a horrible review for this organization, but it's 7:20 on a Saturday and let me just say this company doesn't know how business is done. I live behind them in Sayre PA in a rental house. We have very very little space to walk, let alone park our vehicles. I've been here since February and this company has touch our vehicles and out slips on them saying that we're parked on their land and we will be towed. This have been multiple times, when honestly there was no way for us to park without being in their parking lot. Well, within the last few months they've sent us a certified letter stating that we had so many days to stop parking where we are before they enforced towing. Now, my landlord had to spend a great amount of money to construct the house we rent to give us space to park our two vehicles without touching the property line. That wasn't good enough for their new CEO... He's having fencing put up all around our house and their parking lot, so we can't park there now. Yesterday, on a Friday, they sent a fencing company to tear down a small fence our landlord had in two little sections, invading our privacy... just to come out on a Saturday at 7:20 with loud equipping to put the new fence up. Inconsiderate, rude, and unprofessional small credit union... I will never bank there. Visions FCU is the way to go for a real member serviced base experience.
