Very kind and thorough hygienist, Sherri. I had a lot of tea and coffee stain, she took her time gently getting it all off. my hygienist! Dr. Heinz came in and did an exam, She explained everything to me that I needed, answered the questions I had with care and kindness. I couldn’t ask for a better dental office! This is definitely my lifetime dental office!
Was excellent when Dr. Smith was there, after he retired I had did one trip after the new Dentist came and I had an extremely poor experience not with the other staff. They were excellent as usual. The dentist felt condescending and rude. Over a year later I decided to try again and saw that nothing had changed. Went with extreme tooth pain and was condescendingly told, essentially, that nothing was wrong. I will NEVER be back. This is such an unfortunate thing to happen to Dr. Smith's establishment. If he knew the service that was provided there now, he would be appalled.
My 9yr old lost a filling on a family vacation. We called 2 days before we got to Guthrie and they got us a time to get it fixed. They were in-network for me and SUPER nice. Front office was really helpful and friendly. Dr Heinze is really good with kids too. So thankful for this great dental practice. Highly recommend.
Only had amazing experiences since making the switch from my old dental practice. Everyone from the front desk, dental assistants, hygienists, and of course Dr. Heinze has been extremely welcoming, friendly, and professional. I never hesitate in referring/recommending this practice to everyone!
Extremely friendly and fun staff with a very competent dentist. I always walk out with a considerably cleaner and brighter smile! Highly recommend.
I'm looking for a Dental clinic that cares more about my family than money.. I recently sent my wife here to have a bridge reattached. They insisted on doing x-rays, even though she had just been exposed a few days earlier and there was no real reason to do it. The ability to milk money from my insurance was more important than my wife's safety. Needless to say, I was livid when she told me. They didn't even attach the bridge. I'll keep looking for a home dentist.
I have had anxiety about going to the dentist since I was a child but Dr. Heinze and her staff always make me feel so comfortable. She and her staff are also great with my kiddos!
This dental practice is awesome! Besides everyone being so nice, having wonderful hygienists and talented assistants, and the front office being so helpful with appointment scheduling, one of the best things is the single tooth anesthesia, which is a special system that not all dentists have. The benefit is that only the tooth being worked on is numbed! You can hardly feel it, so people who don’t like shots will love it, and best of all, you don’t have that annoying numb feeling for hours afterwards!! I highly recommend Dr. Heinze!!!!
FANTASTIC PEOPLE! I am a very nervous, anxious person when going to the dentist and i have never felt more comfortable, calm and taken care of! Thank you for making a bad experience so much better!
Dr Smith is a gentle, caring dentist. He's been my dentist for over 20 years, and fixed every dental problem I've had.
