I see a lot of negative reviews on here. I feel like you're just angry because someone is coming after you for what you owe. Actually, they have been very helpful with my situation and very lenient and flexible. The staff is very kind when I call in to make my payments or even to explain why I can't make a certain payment on the due date. If they've garnished your wages, well then, they're only doing their job. We all get into financial trouble at some point, but we can't blame the collectors for that. I'm almost finished paying off my debt and I hope I never find myself in this situation again. But, if I do, I hope that this firm is the one collecting.

I was sued for divorce and the court couldn't actually do anything to enforce their own mandates to have the plaintiff pay off certain debts. These guys helped me to settle these outside of the courtroom so that I could move on with my life. None of it made sense to me at the time, and it was endlessly frustrating that the magistrate and judge would allow the plaintiff to cause harm to the defendant, knowingly, like premeditatedly, to cause tort to the defendant, when the court ordered the plaintiff to pay the debt. Again, this group explained that this was, unfortunately, part of their entire strategy, to "destroy" me and any reputation or goodwill I had, and helped me understand that this is how certain players in the system operate and that the best thing to do is to ignore their tactics and move on. Thanks again for helping me to see this!!!

Blood sucking lawyer who prays on people who are down. Made arrangements to pay them so much a month. I missed a payment called then to let them know and they said it was fine, took me to court but they tried to pull a fast one by sending me the paperwork a day late. The judge seen what he tried to do and told me that he would not garnish wages. Scum of the earth.

Had a deal to pay $40 a month on medical bills. The "least" they would process a credit card for was $50. Basically feel I overpaid $10 a month for over a year. I missed one payment, and poof, they garnish 25% of my pay... cheap bastards... cant get them to work with me. I wrote the hospital a letter as well.... I am willing to die before going to this local hospital again (located in FIndlay) Will attempt to contact BBB Monday, but a company with this reputation I cant imagine would be registered anyway... . \Only gave one star cause I cant go any lower

Crooked collection angency. After paying $2800 on a old city of Toledo tax account they decided to garnish wages because they didn't think it was fast enough paying and took 25% of my check until the rest was paid back they don't care that they put you in financial problems. They are not willing to work with you. FYI back taxes for the city of Toledo from a company I work for that never took city taxes out. No idea until 7 years later then this company decides to come after me. Their phones will disconnect on you or leave you on hold without any answer and they wont send statements on a regular basis. only when they want to.
