Gus Brown Pontiac Buick GMC Limited

I have yet to purchase a vehicle from Gus Brown, in fact, had never been to this dealership until 8:30 Monday morning. My Chevrolet car had some troubles just south of Port Perry on Simcoe. I pulled over, called them to see if they could take a look at the car, and instead of sending a tow truck, they sent the Gus Brown shuttle with one of their service team members. He instantly knew what was going on, and they offered to drive my car back to the shop for me, and brought me in the shuttle to wait. From there, they found the parts they needed at another dealer, picked them up and had them installed before 11AM. I was on my way to work with no issues whatsoever. These things happened and the team at Gus Brown made my day by simply providing an amazing service that went above and beyond. My next car will be from Gus Brown. Thank you for saving the day!

Though I've never purchased a vehicle here their service team has been outstanding. I've had two different vehicles serviced here and both times the job has been done in a better then timely manner with extremely courteous service. Garret especially has been very patient and accommodating to explain the what, why and how for me in each repair. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend him as well as the service staff to anyone!

We have bought 6 trucks in the past 3 years and the trade in value quoted on the last two were off by as much as $5,000 vs what Mills would give us in Oshawa. We ended up having to change dealerships even though we try and buy local as much as possible.

Beware of buying used vehicles from here, my son purchased a van from here recently ,paid $11,000 it didn't last for even 6 months .VERY DISHONEST !!!
