Superb food, the meat platter elk & bison is one of the best I've had in America. You are definitely paying Jackson hole prices but it's probably worth it.

So Extremely Disappointed! This was my 6th time at the gun barrel and it has gone from 5 stars to 1 star. It was always over priced but it had great, unique meats, now it is mediocre at best.     Don't waste ur money or time... Oh it must be covid, when did wyoming become panziafied.

Bison appetizer, elk chops, and mesquite chicken.  All good, minus the green beans were the most plain jane forgettable vegetable.  A little pricey, but cool atmosphere.  Worth a visit, but make sure to make reservations or its unlikely you'll get in.
