I’ve eaten here a couple of times and every time I am so impressed by the quality of service and the beautiful presentation of the food! You can tell that the owners really care about their menu and work hard for the best customer experience. The prices are a little higher than your average quick service restaurant, but I think they’re worth it for the unique, made-with-care dishes!
This is my favorite Korean establishment in the area, period, and I have been to ALL of them. If you are craving authentic Korean food, this is your place. The food is cooked with care, and the preparation is not rushed. This is important if you value quality, so don’t come here if you want a meal in 5 minutes. The wait is 5-10 mins when not busy, and 15-30 at peak business. If it’s a long wait, they always let you know in advance, so go take a quick trip to Jewel or Amazon Fresh while you await an amazing meal. This is a smaller family restaurant, and if you are willing to be patient, the food is definitely worth the wait! The owner is polite and the establishment including restroom is spotlessly clean! I am surprised it took me 5 years of living here to know this place existed, as the name ‘Gumii’ is not easily recognized as Korean food, but better late than never! Very fortunate to have such delicious food and kind owners at this establishment.
We enjoyed our meal here. The staff was very accommodating. The food arrived quickly and had really good flavor. Great place for Korean food.
Woah, this place is good. Great service. The gumii sliders tasted the best but they're a little pricey. $8 and you only get two. The $7 kimchi fries were pretty good but not enough kimchi, and if you let them sit out too long the cheese cools and hardens making it difficult to pull the fries apart. The dolsat bibimbap looked very artistic and tasted better. It comes with some kimchi and cucumber sides as well as a cold omelette piece. They're drink selection isn't too great though.
The man who served me was so good natured and attentive. The food was impeccable. I got the kimchi fries and the beef dumplings after reading reviews, and it served me well. Highly recommend both items!Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes
Made a quick stop to fix my hangry feelings. Service was great and the food was delicious and fast. I ordered the bibimbap with tofu and the dumplings. The texture of the tofu was crunchy which complimented the bibimbap very nicely. The dumplings were okay but I would love to try something different from the menu next time. The man who was serving and ringing up customers was quite friendly and attentive even bringing out some extra kimchi for me. Kamsahamnida
AMAZING food. I’m assuming it was the owner who was cooking and taking our orders, but he was super nice!! They had a nice drink selection and was super clean. Tables and chairs were wiped down & sanitized once other customers left as well. Overall was a great experience and I can’t wait to go back to try more!!!
Nice and tasty food. Good Korean fusion restaurant. Try the Kimchii sliders. Delicious.
We got the Bibimbap with chicken The lil sushi's are kibap and the other plate is teriyaki bulgogi with chicken. Very delicious.
Phenomenal food and the workers are all so wonderful! A pleasure to eat here.
