Had them Relocate a Panel and add/relocate lighting in a number of rooms. Gave me realistic estimates and timelines. overall, the small things added up, answering questions, taking care to avoid damaging anything, double checking with me with positioning and cleaning up after themselves.

Had dishwasher connected and fridge water line added from connections below sink that where already there and was going to do it myself but new owners told me to get a plumber and they would pay.Figured 1-1 1/2 hrs to do complete job but had to come back a second time because water wouldn't go to fridge which they said could take 24 hrs REALLY! Charge me 2hrs labor plus $85 service call and $25 2xs (total$50) for bringing the van to residence...NEVER AGAIN
