Gujarat grill was am amazing experience. Their kabab platter was to die for. Their naan was soft, and unique, the kababs were long and nicely done. I enjoyed every bit of their hospitality and their cuisine. They do not have much space to dine in, but they have a few chairs and 2 tables. Take is always an option, due to their reasonable prices. It is a perfect place to cater from and I will surely be looking at them for my future events.
Not the friendliest of guys working here I must say. Food was decent, big proportions. The size of the naan bread was massive but wasn’t the traditional style/taste you normally received from authentic Indian restaurants. The Veal Biryani had a lot of fatty inedible pieces. Bbq chicken tasted good as well as the butter chicken, just a little sweeter tasting if your into that.
Wow where do I begin. Well the restaurant I was driving by and decided to turn in and I am very glad I did. The food is phenomenal value and very tasty. I tried the two specials the wrap and the chicken Tikka marsala with Naan. Wow the Chicken Tikka marsala was 7.99 and you get 3 pieces of Naan and a more than fair portion of chicken Tikka. It was well spiced well cooked and not oily at all. The Naan was not a freshly made tandoor Naan but was taste nonetheless and perfect for sopping up the delicious Tikka marsala. The wrap was HUGE for only $5. The Kebab was extremely tasty and the sauce was very good. Also a good amount of veggies including fresh tomato and onion. I am amazed at the food quality at the price point and will be returning shortly. Seriously this is Scarboroughs worst kept secret with 345 reviews but please don't believe the reviews. Just try it today.
What better way to spend an afternoon Lunch, than a delicious meal at Gujrat Grill! Delicious We were returning from Peak freens & feeling hungry, thought we'd drop into Butter Chicken Roti, but got put off by the Online prices. Then, I remembered my wife spotted Gujrat Grill when we were going, so, googled the location & reset our direction to GG. When we got there, my wife & I went in to order Take-out, but when I saw the seating & confirmed we could Dine-in, I got my son & motherinlaw in as well, because there's nothing better than eating Goat Curry hot in the restaurant. Even my son who wasn't hungry, couldn't resist digging in. We ordered Goat Curry, Butter Chicken, Fish Pakoras Sunday Special, 1 Plain Naan & 1 Sesame Butter Naan, Veal Biryani & a Meat Platter for 2 To Go! When ordering, we were able to request the spicy/hot level for each item, which is very important. The fish pakoras were a bit spicy, but delicious. Now, I must tell you that once the rest of the order arrived, I left the fish & went for the enormous Naans and trust me, when I say this, I could have eaten the entire Naan with 2 spoons of curry, so soft n fresh, hot from the oven! Goat Curry- very rarely do restaurants get this right, but GG nailed it! Not only was it tasty, but so tender, melting in your mouth....mmmmm! A must try item! Butter Chicken was delicious too, though I should have asked him to make it a little spicier! Veal Biryani- am not a Biryani person I know what you're going to say- you don't like Biryani? I like Biryani, but am not crazy about it. So, just to write this review, I nibbled on a piece of tender Veal & a spoon of Biryani and it was delicious! Meat Platter- I don't think 2 of us are going to be able to finish it, it's going to take more than just the 2 of us! Service- Very courteous & pleasant Seating - 1 family comfortably. When we got in, my wife said that the owner looked very familiar & so when we were leaving, we met him in parking lot and got chatting, only to find out that he was previously at Sultan's! But let me tell you that Gujrat Grill is better! Parking: About 14 in the plaza
Such a great place!! The quality and quantity of food is beyond words can explain. I would usually place orders online and my first experience at restaurant was also great. The staffs have amazing customer service and does an incredible job in making sure the customers are happy!
So after visiting so many indo pakistan cuisine we thought lets try gujarat grill . It could be hit or miss for us but it was totally super hit in taste and quantity and price too. The quantity was humongous when compared to the prices it was 12 11 dollars for a combo and in that you get 1 biriyani rice 1 main course 1 huge naan and 1 pop. The customer service was excellent too . After paying we decided to change regular naan to garlic naan and we were ready to pay the difference but the person didn’t took any extra charges too. Really worth a try. Must try their Chicken tikka masala and Paneer tikka Masala. With the biriyani rice it taste so perfect Vegetarian options: Paneer tikka masala must try . It’s perfectly indian taste. Parking: Easy parking available

Food is abysmal...the portions are good and price is low to be honest but the quality of food is low. I ordered fish pakoras that are fully soaked in oil and given out directly in a brown cover without any proper packaging. The chicken Tikka is completely tasteless and the sides were not even provided more. No taste at all. Felt like eating raw rice with under cooked chicken.
The go-to place for meat platters. Quantity is amazing and most dishes come with flavoured rice or naan bread. I'd prefer the spice level to be a bit more. Wait times can get a bit long sometimes so I'd suggest preordering before takeout.
The food tasted great exceptthe salad was nothing to write home about, service was good and the value for the amount of food was excellent! Will stop by again to try other items some day.
