Horrible service. Very very rude. Not even worth one star. My family and I would not go back again. Found a hair in the food and told the waiter. He removed the food but said nothing. A few minutes later, a female staff approached our table. No apology. Then she started to say things like “I don’t know where the hair could come from. It’s ALL MEN in the kitchen. I am the ONLY girl here.” First of all, you are not. I see other female staff. Second, even if I believe it’s all men in the kitchen, it is NOT my hair. NOT my fault. Her attitude and body language were rude beyond words. Directly suggesting “oh it’s your own freaking hair, not our problem.” I admit the hair color looked similar to mine. However, I KNEW I haven’t even touched the food yet, how could my hair got into it and it was so tangled inside not on the surface that you would think “maybe it’s wind”. If you want proof- see the photos which I happily took when the food just came out. In the closed up one, you can see the hair very clearly and it was already there. I didn’t think of the photo at the restaurant. I randomly checked my photos the next day after this awful experience. So I decided to write a review. You can find much better taste and service in the neighborhood with their price. AVOID this place if you can.
Excelente customer service. We were acknowledged quickly and attended to in a timely fashion. Sat outside and place was clean. We had brick oven pizza which was amazing!!! Kids were so satisfied
Our waiter was excellent. Pizza excellent. Gnocchi excellent. Arancini was okay, I prefer more rice than cheese in them. The outside seating is beautiful! Love this place would definitely go again
Pizza was solid, good service, ambiance was nice, overall pretty happy. The fish soup was great. The truffle fries were pretty good as well. My one issue was with the pasta, it was bland and watery. I think they forgot our order then rushed it. Everything else was delicious.
The place is really nice with good choice of pizza, pasta or appetizers. The service is fast and the waiters are really nice ! Food is very reasonably priced and I would recommend you to go ! You won’t be disappointed!
This might have been the worst service I've ever had. We came with three people and ordered three entrees one pasta, two pizza. The pasta came about 30 minutes after ordering which is absolutely acceptable. The first pizza came about 90 minutes after ordering, where we talked to multiple servers to call that to attention. We then had to flag down for the second pizza which came over two hours after ordering. We then asked for boxes which took 45 minutes to obtain with the check. We spent over 3 hours for a couple of pizzas. We watched as five different tables were seated, served, and left before we got our check. We at least got 1 free glass of wine but this was absolutely horrible. The food was fantastic but we won't be back for in person service.
The food was good, as usual. But we were surprised when the check game and we’re overcharged. When we asked they said that because of inflation the prices were different from the menu. What?? Bad form. If you haven’t had time to change the menu then at least have the courtesy to inform the customer at time of order that the prices are different from the menu. The waiter begrudging offered a discount . It was weird and bad customer service. It’s as if they were hoping we wouldn’t notice. Dishonest.
This place. This place. A Gem. Real Italian Pizza. Wood burning , intense beautiful light pizza, fresh, real ingredients. I saw their Nutella dessert looks insane! But I couldn’t eat more!! We ordered: American Pizza , margarita pizza, oblong white pizza, and I ordered the Gorgonzola and Fig pizza the green one in pic — insanely yummy!!!! Oh we also ordered mozzarella balls and calamari— boy oh boy! Yum!!!
Great food Awesome atmosphere and wonderful drinks.
The service was good. I received my order on time; the flavor was great, but the pizza crust was so thin and soggy that it couldn't hold the toppings. It basically fell apart when I tried to lift my slice, so I ended using a fork to pick some of the pizza that was not stuck with the cardboard box.
