Guided Toronto

We had a scheduled 6 hours walking tour in Toronto day after we were suppose to arrive in Toronto. We were on the way to to airport when We received a msg from the airline that our flight was canceled and they were not able to put us on any other flight that day, so we had to wait for next day to fly out. So On my return from the airport day before tour I called this company direct to cancel and talked to Haley and explained what happened and she said ooh you did the right thing by calling us and thanked me and said I will have my supervisor look into the refund since she is on vacation today. So I CALLED to cancel a day before and now I am receiving a letter from them saying sorry but we are not able to refund tour money due to our 24 hour cancellation policy . I hope my $400 will bring you misery, and I hope future clients will read this review and be careful who they are signing with . It was not even my fault for cancelling and I was nice enough to call you direct to cancel instead of Expedia so you get the msg right a way and I get this back from you. Very selfish, very disappointing!

Very good tour of Toronto. Fun info about monuments of the city. Gabi knows lots of interesting facts. Highly recommended!!!
