there's two of us who was about to go in the Guess store at around 11-12 pm today when the person working there at the door long black hair , wearing all black fit said "sorry can you please wait for a while" probably bc there's too many people inside so we did wait then there's this 2 ladies who was also about to go in but the girl working also stopped them. but then one lady said exactly "my husbands inside" and then the girl said she can go inside because of it... like what? we were first in line‍what logical thinking is this? or even common sense? the person I was with asked her why and I don't remember what she exactly said because it was senseless but i think it was like "her husbands inside". disappointing? very much so

To be honest, shopping here was not the best experience. The check out took so long first of all, but that's not even the problem. After paying for my items I was told "Sorry, we don't have bags" and that's what shocked me. Did they want us to go around the mall holding clothes in our hands with no bags. My car was parked far as well. I literally had to walk around the whole mall without any bags or anything, until I got a bag from other shops.

Manager was extremely rude. Wouldn't even acknowledge me when asking a question and made the associate speak to me.

I had a very bad experience.. bought a bag in full price whereas it was on the discounted rack! When called them the sales person and the manager says that they can’t do anything about it.. Least they could do is discuss the issue and find some solution!! Ridiculous!

There is no problem in the products. Everything is fine. But the display is sooooo high that a good height person has to be on his/her toes to see the sizes. Really pathetic merchandizing.

I was shopping from Guess factory they didn’t take off alarming ink

The store has great collection of dresses and tops.I really loved the satin material dresses and Jaz helped me a lot in finding the great one.Everythng is perfect in store however it lack proper signage confusing customer in finding the way espcly fitting room.Hats off to all the hardworkng people and will come back to shop again

Superb experience with guess outlet on boxing day. Lots of variety was there to buy. Staff was friendly and helpful to find the stuff. It was so difficult to find it because of people putting the stuff here and there after checking. Took less time for billing. It should have better discount on boxing day 40% is not enough I GUESS.
