Fabulous! This was the best fish taco! To be honest, I didn't expect much and I was happily surprised! Great balance of fresh ingredients and perfectly fried cod. I would go again. Loved the tater tots and special sauce too!
It was a delightful experience. The staff was friendly and polite. The food was fantastic. The pork burrito was amazing. It’s a little cramped. But once they get the deck built it will be much better.
I have been dining at Guero taco for a few months now and the food is FANTASTIC!! My favourite dishes are the enchilada combo and now the chimichanga combo!! The tots are cooked to perfection with excellent dipping sauce!! The atmosphere at the restaurant is VERY welcoming and the staff are friendly!! Keep up the great work guys!! Make sure you come visit this place when your in Cardston, AB!!!
I was so hungry I didn't get a picture of my food, but man was it ever good! Definitely going back whenever I'm in Cardston and can't wait to try more menu options.Food: 5/5

Really good across the board. We expected a bit more authentic because of the name, but probably hard to be truly south of the border when you are north of the border. Very good! Was able to get vegetarian or pescatarian.Food: 4/5
What a fun restaurant! The vibe is so cute! I hear they’re working on an outdoor patio and I’m so excited! The staff is super friendly and the food is delicious! We enjoyed the burrito it’s huge! and the loaded tots so good!. We’ll absolutely be back!
Amazing. Delicious! I sure wish I knew what the sauce is that they give you with the tater tots because that stuff is incredible. I am completely satisfied! My new favorite spot to eat in Cardston for sure.
