Not sure what genius at Guelph transit decided it was a good idea to add the new speakers to the outside of the bus at the front door and make them scream out 'stop request' and then scream out the street name and the destination as well. It is really loud and for the past couple of weeks all you hear every 30 minutes starting at 6 in the morning and past midnight, is the speakers outside of the bus screaming out 'stop request' and all of the the street names!! These are residential neighborhoods these buses drive through and we are a block away and we hear the loud recorded message constantly!! The poor guys living next to these loud bus stops must be ready to slit their wrists! Curious how much tax payer money was spent to add these 'must have' speakers and recordings to all the buses... must be nice to have more money than you know what to do with and splurge on such frills. Some idiot at the Guelph transit office has lost touch with reality and needs a swift kick in the ass and somebody needs to remove those loud obnoxious recordings from the outside of the buses IMMEDIATELY and let the people in Guelph get some sleep!!

There routes are great some drivers 1in particular talks too you making you feel like a person and a friend then messages you telling you that I can take her bus but to take a seat and leave her alone or I can take the next bus her name is Darlene.. funny how I’m helping pay her salary and get treated like that on a scale from 1 to 10 I give them a 8

Terrible service. SORRY BUS FULL constantly. Would be faster to crawl rather than take the bus.

Usually Pretty Good. They've been late a few times but overall pretty reliable. I haven't had much experience with transit in the past but Guelph transit covers almost all of the city. This is expect the south end at clair which is a bit disappointing since there are so many restaurants and stores which could be accessible if there was better planning.

Route 50 just does not show up or run as is scheduled. When calling Guelph Transit, simply trying to get an answer whether or not this bus route is now cancelled, the representatives tell me they do not know and cannot update if there is going to be no bus. They just told me to leave earlier and discussed other routes. Thanks, but I am well aware of the other routes that I could possibly take, I just want to know if Route 50 will be coming at the times it is scheduled, or not. Confusing service, not proper direction or response, and not enough bus drivers to even do the job. Disappointing and understandable as to why Guelph transit has a 1 star rating.
