There is a really beautiful, old-school European charm to the architecture here—it definitely gives off a classic, historic vibe. I love how practical the layout is, bringing local buses, regional buses, and trains all together into one central spot. It honestly feels like the busy, beating heart of the city, always buzzing with people and energy. No matter where you are traveling from, stepping into this station instantly makes you feel welcome and like you've just arrived home.
In 2022, almost missed train.parking lot full. Wheelchair agreed on by Via not there. Washroom not open. No personnel to assist walking with luggage from entrance and then boarding train. Complained to Via. Received a credit for the trip from guelph to toronto.
I didn’t understand why both the entrance doors and washrooms were kept locked. It’s winter, and there were many people trying to access the facility to stay away from the cold while waiting for the bus or train. At the very least, they should leave a note explaining why the doors and washrooms are locked.
Place is well kept & the building has its own beauty with brick walls. Specially during night times it has a great allure.
Lacking toilettes and actual personnel. more service needs to be provided
