Gucci store review : Best customer service experience ever! Josée has been very helpful each time and made sure we were satisfied with our products and our service! She went out of her way to follow up on us and our order even during the closing of the store due to covid 19! 5 stars is not even enough :

I don’t see why a cotton shirt that says gucci costs more than my car. I could make a shirt myself at home that says gucci. Will my shirt suddenly cost the price of a car? If a shirt cost 5k i would expect it to have inbeded diamonds inside it as material

Called like 5 times!! e-mailed,no one responded!!! Really disappointed...

Came into store to look at a mini bag and the associate was very patient and showed me many options. I ended up ordering a different one they didn't have in stock online, however was grateful they let me try and see the bags in store so I could make up my mind. Thank you Gucci Ogilvy!! :
