I was in the pharmacy today and although 2 out 3 staff members were completely professional and kind. One staff ( older woman with short hair that I think was streaked)  ruined my experience. She not only was short with the customer as I was walking in, she was also short with a member of her own team. She seems like she doesn't want to be there and she is trying her hardest to be nice but it's not working. Customer service is key; it's the deciding factor most times if we return, and I honestly do not want to hear a staff member be rude to a customer or a coworker for sure especially in front of me. I've seen this rude behavior enough from her and looks like others have too. I believe the young lady being embarrassed was a fairly new hiring.

The Pharmacy is rude. Cashier was nice. The older short hair blond. Shift manager. Is not a nice person. She uses her soft voice but her face says rude things. And was not welcoming when I tried to transfer my meds over. And the point card it's not worth it cause you can only use it as that store not other guardians.

Dave - sorry to hear you had a bad experience. I always feel very welcome there and am grateful for the professionalism of the staff. As for the card, if you are a regular customer, the points do add up and it is always a nice surprise. Give them another chance. Anyone can have a bad day.

The Canada Post is inside the pharmacy which makes it easier to get your mail at the same time getting your meds and buy some missing ingredients for your kitchen.
