Always a pleasure dealing with the pharmacists! Was in a panic for a quest visiting who fogot their insulin needle heads and they were able to help me out. Excellent service for all of our regular needs at the pharmacy as well. Huge thank you!!
I am frankly getting tired of medication issues and some of the pharmacy staff I could easily switch pharmacy’s over. They take multiple days just to get a full prescription filled, The female I won’t name her, is rude and judgemental based on what prescriptions you have and it makes me feel like garbage over things that are out of my control. I find her arrogance and power control over customers extremely flippant and doesn’t take into consideration the inconvenience this has on people. Everyone else is friendly and I don’t know why no one calls her out on her attitude, because if you hate your job, leave. I’ll stay if she goes. This is why I gave 3 stars.
Amazing pharmacy. I order my refills via text and always get a prompt reply and fast friendly service. I would never get my medication anywhere else. Store and Post Office departments also great employees ... always met with a smile. Keep up the great customer service you guys !!!
What pharmacy doesn't have a public bathroom. Doesn't the owner know sick people come in there to get their prescription filled and may need the use of a washroom. And then when asked the owner rudely replies no public restrooms. There are 4 other pharmacies in town I suggest you avoid this one.
I find the man who runs the pharmacy to be wonderful with helping and compassionate. Really, I think all of the staff are cheery and helpful on a whole.
Every time I have gone here it's been great service. Pharmacist is more than happy to help a few people at once with quick questions; the post office has been super friendly. Ashlee has been PHE-NOMINAL every time I have seen her in the post office she save my reciept when I forgot it and had to leave in a hurry and I was able to get it 3 days later. Prices are a bit expensive, but still nice to have a pharmacy so close and in town.
The fellow that works there seems decent and kind...the short lady not so much. Went in to enquire re vaccine for a kid. Waited for a bit before she came out front. She started off by dropped attitude telling me they closed very shortly. She then asked questions re age etc. After this she then tells me she could could book him for 5 days from now as they had no vaccine at the moment. Ummm....so why not lead with that instead of copping the bad attitude re closing time. Booked for tomorrow at NoFrills within 5 minutes of walking out with no drama.
Jennifer In the post office was beyond helpful! She noticed the urgency of my mail and gave me the option to drop at the post office so it went out that day and even took a sharpie to mark “to and from” since packages have recently changed. This took away room for error and gave me peace of mind for such an important package. Thank you Jennifer!
I will never use this pharmacy again. The counter is so tall that you can stand there forever and no one will help you but you can hear them talking away. I was there and they could see me but still had me and another lady stand there for over 10 minutes and when I finally rang the bell they could see us!! the girl came over and gave me a horrible look and she was supremely rude native it oriental girl that I vowed to complete my Rx and never patronize this so called pharmacy again.
Well. What a wonderful store. I always find what I'm looking for even if i don't know it. Was in the store the other night and seen a part for my shower that I have been looking for. Bought it works great. Great staff and always friendly service.
