It's been a few years since my roof was installed so I can absolutely confirm that Guaranteed Roofing stands behind their workmanship. I called about a minor problem at the chimney base around the flashing. Got a call back, an assessment visit, and a fix within one week!! Now, that's service!

Excellent job finished the roof in 1 day which included removing old shingles & clean up & disposable installing membrane and the new 40 year life time Shingles and the cost was reasonable compared to other contractors quotes.

Did my previous house , nice job on roof but someone leaned a latter against eavstrough right above front door and did some damage! Got a quote to do my new house from blueprints supplied by me and ended up almost double from quote. Blamed me for changes to plans but there were no changes. BEWARE IF YOUR USING PLANS!
