I just bought a new sierra 1500 at4. While the prices of trucks are absolutely ridiculous right now, my salesman, Aaron, made me feel comfortable that I was getting what I paid for. He was extremely knowledgeable and it was obvious he is a car guy and is not only dedicated but passionate to quality.  The price was better than most other dealerships and they had the truck I wanted in stock. The other dealerships I would be waiting for upwards of 3 or 4 months.  What's better, I brought in my 14 month old son and he was treated like HE was the one paying for it. He loved the free water bottles that were ICE! cold and always found his way to the toy table they have there.  Aaron has continued to be very helpful with all my inquiries since purchase.  This dealership is highly recommended by me and my family.

So after seeing a car in their used inventory online and having some recommendations from a friend about this dealership i decided to give Wolfe Calgary a try.  I was there to check out a specific vehicle and luckily enough it was in their showroom already. I had already spoken to one of their salesman Wayne on the phone before going in and made arrangements to check out the car. Overall Wayne was professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle i had come to see. We than booked a test drive and after that made a deal at an amazing price when compared to other dealers. After a Minor hiccup with some communication between myself and their finance department, Wayne and Mataya got everything done and sorted for me professionally and efficiently. I would recommend this dealership not only for the good prices but its professionalism across the board. Thanks again, love my new car.

The Wolfe Group and it's fleet rental division ALC trucks has really provided us years of top notch service and products! Wade and Lyle have really gone above and beyond to ensure we are looked after. There's a reason why every vehicle in our driveway has the Wolfe logo on it! Keep up the good work - you are setting the bar pretty high for the competition.

The purchase of my new truck went smoothly. Bonnie in Finance was exceptional, she explained to me the contract in detail. She ensured I understood all of the fine print. Andrew the Sales Person was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He took his time to explain how all of the features of my new truck including going into detail as to how my truck's mirrors have the ability to tilt to assist me with parallel parking. I highly recommend, WOLFE Calgary.

Had such an excellent experience with Connie, who helped me to purchase my first vehicle two-weeks ago! I really appreciated her patience and determination to get me into the perfect car! Going into see her felt like visiting family. Bonnie in finance was a dream, talking this novice through all the intricacies of such a major purchase, and making sure I brought all the information I needed in terms of insurance which was a little extra tricky, as I was still a Class 7 driver when I made the purchase!.

I don’t normally write reviews but because of the long relationship I have had with Wolfe Calgary- Chevrolet GMC Buick formally known as GSL Chev City, this dealership is very highly recommended.  I have purchased 4 vehicles in the past 20 years from this outstanding dealership, 1999 Chevy Tahoe, 2003 Gmc Denali, 2014 Cadillac ATS, 2015 Cadillac Escalade and they keep me coming back with great customer services.  Working with an outstanding staff, they are amazing people deal with for new and used sales, service and parts. And If you ever need expert advise, or need to talk with someone with knowledge,  Michael Whorms and Chad Boal are the men! The men i want in my life!  Wolfe Calgary is 5 Star!!

Not as good as I expected. Absolutely, not recommended for vehicle inspection here unless you’re under warranty. Otherwise, it’s just wasting time and money. Staff are nice and welcoming. However, spending almost $500 for an inspection on my vehicle, and I am not getting an expected solution on my vehicle. I was told there were couple possible problems in my vehicle, and they want to try every single one to see if the problem solved. That will cost me pretty much $5000. Are you kidding me? And funny thing is I already know these problems from other shops before I bring in my car to this dealer and my purpose to bring my car to the dealer is to know what exactly my car problem is. If they tell me in the beginning they don’t really know what exactly the problem is in my vehicle. I am not gonna do this test. Why I am paying almost $500 for the things I already know.  Also, some problems in my car that I already know it, and they can’t check it out. How funny it is. In my opinion, they’re not professional as what I expected. They called it full vehicle inspection. But there are many many things they can’t check it out. Or they’ll keep ask for more money to check it. This is called full inspection.LOL I believe I will never trust their service and will never go back again. So, my recommendation is don’t try your vehicle inspection here, because you will get exactly the same report from other shops. But here is much much more expensive than other shops. Hope, they will improve in the future.

Brought my vehicle in for a part to be installed.  Here's the run down of events... Appointment was scheduled, I arrived on time and had to wait ~15 mins until an advisor helped me. I planned to take a shuttle home but it was a 40 min wait, so I decided to take an uber since I had my daughter with me. The morning was the first let down of customer service...  Later that day I was told the wrong part was installed and they had to take it out and reorder a new part.... this was another strike for customer service... The shuttle was 30 mins late picking me up, which happens and I can under that, a positive was the driver was a really nice fellow. When I received my vehicle I noticed they even forgot to pump up the tires event though I ask if they could, I guess that was important. Lastly, the service provider Mike told me he would call me back to get the part installed so far I haven't heard anything, this is really the last straw for customer service for me at Wolfe Calgary. I definitely will not be coming back and I will be bringing my 4 kids to another dealership when they are looking for cars and proper customer service.

Nice enough dealership, but there is some communication issues as to their procedures and policies. Via Kijiji we responded with our interest in a 4 wheel drive Canyon truck that was advertised. When it came down to us asking for them to give us a final quote to our purchase would cost and we were shocked to see it was over $2000.00 more than we were expecting?? We were told by the salesman the dealership includes a special glass & paint warranty program separate from GM in All of their deals?? We were Not impressed with the fine print of the damages and we were definitely not looking to purchase the extra warranty as we were led to believe we had no real choice but we still wanted the vehicle we selected.. We decided to drive to Red Deer and talk to another GM dealership there. We were told by the salesman there, he had nothing available in a Canyon that we wanted, we then showed him the offer sheet that included the extra charges for this warranty package!!! The salesman informed us the Special Warranty you were charging us for was Totally OPTIONAL and if we didn’t want it we could decline it.. With that info in hand we connected with your salesman again, who told us he would have to get Authorization from the sales manager to see if he could remove it from your offer to purchase sheet?? He called back saying he had good news that the Special Warranty would be removed!! We agreed to purchase the Canyon out right with no financing. After arriving to pick up the Canyon we paid for it and were told we just needed to wait for the registration paperwork to be ready… after several minutes the salesman said we could head back home as it was just a formality and they would send the registration in the mail.. which we agreed and left.. We get home and receive an email saying we still owed $93.00 for the registration? We were not made aware we owed this while at the dealership again a lack of communication but we would have paid it then and there without issue had they came out and just told us instead of sending us home 2 1/2 hours away… We sent our credit card info and once the payment was cleared we received a copy of the registration.. We are not saying the registration Didn’t need paid it was the lack of communication at the dealership that bothered us the most. We figured our almost $48,000.00 purchase was everything included!! All is good now the finance lady explained to us what the fee was for.. We were super cautious especially after seeing your offer sheet much higher than we were prepared to spend and having to go to another dealership to find out we Definitely had the option to Decline the Extra Warranty coverage…. If I could give 10 stars!!! It was a very nice experience dealing with Wayne and Sinny. They've been very helpful with all the queries. Not intimidating, very approachable. They will answer all your questions happily and clearly. Will deal with them again for sure in our next vehicle. Highly recommended.
