Gruenke's First Street Inn

First time here. What a cute little spot. Didn't get a chance to go in the building. Chose to sit outside and eat in the beautiful weather. Food was good! Service was ok. I would go again.

Soooo fun! Our room was super cool too! Great food... Homemade!! We will definitely go back!!!

Personal friend of our family. Has long owned this business. Strives to build a good friendly customer relationship. Many of Towns people go there! Happy!

During Covid they are carry out only. We sat out on the patio and drink tap beer while we waited for our very delicious broasted chicken to be ready. We are a group of five guys and everyone raved at how great the roasted chicken was. Went really well with the bells two hearted ale that was on tap. Really great service.

My girlfriend and I came up here in October, couldn’t find an open restaurant for breakfast then stumbled upon this place. WONDERFUL breakfast omelettes, great fried potatoes, and they are generous with the butter on their toast.

Great breakfast! Stayed at the Inn in the rooms with shared bathrooms. Room was cool, bed was a bit hard but good value for the price!

Didn't stay at the inn but made the mistake of eating there. Ordered the fri fish special deep fried it came soggy & tasteless. Only one piece, fries & slaw $15. Asked for some water the waitress brought a warm pitcher no ice, it was 80 out. Better places to eat in Bayfield, don't waste your time.

The food was good but covid-19 is from really enjoying the atmosphere of the business and the food. They also charge you a 20% gratuity on your bill for just handing you your to-go containers.
