My husband Robert Eaves took his truck in to be serviced yesterday.  He stated that Dave in Service was AWESOME to deal with and when we went to pick up the truck it was washed up & ready to go.  They were open and honest and didn't price-gouge.  

We are very impressed by the service we received and we will be returning for future service!

The sales experience went pretty well and I was happy at the time I bought my truck. The finance guy Mark offered me a deal ($2000) on getting extended warranty to 100,00 km and said I could take my time to decide, which I thought was pretty cool. A few weeks later went to a dealership closer to my house for warranty work where they told me that I already had extended warranty from the previous owner. Such an unbelievably greasy move to try and sell me something I already had!!! For that I won't ever go back or recommend them to anyone.

Had a fabulous experience this week. 
Took my van in to investigate a leak. Not only did they fix the van in a timely fashion but also arranged a loaner car for me in the mean time. Very happy with Annette and Mike Carter. Thanks guys.

I bought my truck at Grove Dodge. I dealt with Dom and Adam. The experience was excellent. They found the vehicle I wanted and the best price. I have and would recommend that anyone looking for a truck and a fun and relaxing experience go to Grove Dodge.

Thanks so much for the great service! I had a major breakdown on the highway just coming into the city late on a Friday afternoon. Got towed to Grove Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram's parking lot, after hours, dropped my key and trouble info into the convenient after-hours drop box. My truck was repaired quickly, and satisfactorily. I only dealt with their friendly and courteous staff over the phone, and I was on my way again by Sunday morning. Service was excellent and cost of parts and labor were reasonable!
