guy at the front desk didn't know how referrals work. I've been accepted for general surgery and the front desk guy said I wasn't In the system because I had no family doctor there and didn't transfer me to general surgeries. of course I don't have a doctor there. That's how a referral works to get the right doctor that specializes In right field. Mine doesn't do that.nnedit*Got through to general surgeries and was In the system for surgery but no scheduled date. The girl on the other line was very short with me, Tried to hangup mid-sentence. Not a fan of these receptionists. like where do they have to go to? back on their phone, while finishing their shift?
Extremely difficult to get to see a doctor. When you call and your told your Dr has no appointments available, they tell you to call the next day for same day. You do so they tell you a message will be sent to the nurse. Too much power is given to those nurses, if they don't like you, no appointment. And the ones booking the appointments have no business asking why you need to see your family dr.
no call for ultrasound i had no idea of till 30minutes till appointment. Receptionist was rude and condisending blaming midwives for not telling me when I called to reschedual. never had a midwife have to call me for an ultrasound appointment it’s always the group health informing me of date and time. i dont feel comfortable returning now to continue there
Absolutely awful. If you value a healthcare professional that’ll actually help you don’t go here.
Nothing like getting hung up on first thing in the morning when you’re experiencing an eye infection and a numb leg…. Love our free useless healthcare….
