Clean rooms, excellent bathrooms, and great location in town for the price. However, it should be noted that the advertised “breakfast” food is actually only toast, hard boiled eggs and cereal. No Bacon, Canadian Bacon ham, sausage etc.
Visited there in Labour Day weekend. During booking, we mentioned that we need a crib as we have an infant with us. Upon arrival, They provided us with a broken playpen, which hotel stuff couldn’t even fixed! So I said it was okay. Then the next day when I asked for housekeeping, they simply refused to do it by saying you’re only staying 2nights. So we can’t do your beds or anything. Then I requested the trash can emptied as I dumped diapers of my baby. Then they did it. Also they didn’t have microwave in the rooms, only one microwave in the lobby for all the guests. So it’s a long queue always to warm up your food. Last but not least their continental breakfast only included bread, boiled eggs and yogurt that too from a single tub. The way they write or use photos, it’s actually totally different for real. Definitely not recommended for a family with kids! Greatly disappointed!
The staff was great and the location perfect. The breakfast was a little weak in my opinion. It’s getting 4 stars because nothing really stood out as amazing but I would stay here again.
The most comfortable bed I've slept on in a hotel. We've stayed twice and always had a great experience. Staff is super friendly and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is a little meh but it's right off the main street so it's easy to walk and find some good places to eat.
Absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone coming into Revy! Staff is very kind and go out of their way to be helpful. Great location and close to everything. Rooms are clean and quiet. Will be staying here again next time we're in town!
