Food is great, staff is HORRIBLE. Only reason I refuse to go there anymore. The tall employee who grills and the short man at the cash are the problematic ones. They completely lack basic customer service skills. They are rude and cold for no reason what so ever. There are other healthy options with staff that appreciate your business, I strongly recommend you go anywhere else but Grillade Torino.
I ate there today and it was just awful, all my food tasted like fish and I hate fish so needless to say that plate ended up in the garbage I will never eat there again.
Fresh delicious grilled chicken and meat plates of sandwiches, with healthy choices of salads and side dishes. The taste of the grilled chicken I ordered was amazing
Let me start with the food. The food is really tasty and I live all the option there are for th sides. I've never to this restaurant in person but I did get the pleasure on interacting with the staff and I must say that there are great people working there. I've placed orders online with notes. They call me to clarify what I asked for with such kind attitude. Last time I ordered there, it was a large one. They threw in a free drink and followed notes exactly. Overall 5 starts across the board. Really happy with everything there. :

I GOT THE BEEF AND CHICKEN COMBO WITH SPICY RICE, GARLIC POTATOES THAT MELTED MY HEART ,GREEK SALAD AND A PITA ..I ORDERED THE MERGUEZ SAUSAGES ON THE SIDE EVERYTHING TASTED FRESH AND COOKED WITH LOVE ....TRUST ME I TASTED THE LOVE. IT CAME WITH HUMUS AND A DELICIOUS SPICY SAUCE...... ALLLLLLLL FOR 13.99 GOOGLE WON'T LET ME POST ANOTHER REVIEW BUT I ORDERED AGAIN FROM THEM TWO DAUS AFTER AND THEY GAVE ME TWO FREE COFFEE CAKES... THEY JUST SAVED SKIP THE DISHES APP ON MY PHONE COZ I WAS GETTING TIRED OF THE OTHER RESTAURANTS
Loved it more than my regular one in Bayshore Ottawa. Just finishing my meal. Loved the beef pita wrap combo with great food portion. I loved that drink was served de facto in a glass, that dishes are melamine and metallic cutlery as plastic ones are often inadequate. Great for the environment. They even gave us a box+ quality reusable plastic bag for my kid's leftovers. Merci.
Used to love this place, but from unwashed lettuce, to jacked up prices and meal missing items. Am done thanks for ruining a 5* and a place I loved
We got 3 burgers with coleslaw and fries. It was one of the worst burgers I’ve had. The fries were dry and tasted like they were 3 days old. The coleslaw was bitter as if it was sitting in the fridge for a week. And one of the burgers was a chicken burger and barely had any chicken in it. Maybe it’s because I ordered 30 minutes before closing time or maybe it was something else. Never again!
Ate there for the first time yesterday. Had the wrap. It was delicious. So was the Tomato rice. Only little complaint that I have the guys should wear hair nets for obvious reasons. The Ceasar sald dressing was not up to par. I gave them my opinion on the salada. Overall, very refreshing to have a place like that in a food court and good tasting food !
The food here is to die for. Portions are huge and I mean huge....the food is always fresh and everyone can find something they enjoy. Best hummus I have ever had....
