Stephen went out if his way to help my elderly father and with his act of kindness showed me there are still people in our community that truly care. Thank you once again.
I called eight notaries/lawyers to get an idea of costs for real estate conveyancing, and was surprised to find ranges from $1000-$1600! Stephen Griffiths was $995 and was efficient, friendly, and thorough. He was also one of the only people who picked up his phone the first time I called several others didn't answer or took a long time to respond to my voicemail.
Most humble lawyer ever and that's just scratching the surface. Has the best prices in all of Kamloops and doesn't over charge like the other places no extra $150 dollars to open a filing cabinet... Definitely not going to ever use another lawyer or notary I'll be using Griffiths any time I need help with legal documents.
Honest, ethical, fair and reasonable, I would recommend this office and Steve in particular. Very pleased always with his work
