A bit slack on keeping us in the loop..but the 2 bus drivers we had were awesome

I have to say, Greyhounds service has been consistently good for me. The buses are clean and comfortable, and I have yet to have a driver that wasn't exceptionally friendly. Even when they're busy loading and unloading packages they're happy to answer questions and help you find your way.

Horrible customer service, they do not answer your questions properly. They're extremely expensive and they're just rude and grumpy for whatever reason. I only recommend visiting Salmon Arm if you have a vehicle or are moving here and planning on leaving when you get a vehicle.
