So get here to greyhound over an hour early to print my ticket. Like the very rude lady told me yesterday as she went on and on and on.SUPRISE I GET DROPPED OFF AND THEY LEAVE.THE BUILDING IS CLOSED AND DARK!. Why did she not tell me that yesterday instead of going on and on about "stupid people showing up ten minutes before the bus etc" Thank God for Best Western across the street...so nice let me use their business Center to print ticket and sit in the lobby to wait....its kind if cold outside don't you think? To wait over an hour in the dark.

Closes on a Friday when it says it should be open many people freezing cold waiting outside. Also saw a number of people wanting to send packages but the place is deserted I have absolutely nothing good to say about the Merritt bus depot. They're negligent!

I had a really bad experience... Well several bad experiences in one go with Greyhound. I was travelling from Edmonton to Merritt and they forgot to send a replacement driver in Jasper. So we sat there for 4 hours and waited until they figured it out. We get to Kamloops and are delayed another 2 hours. I get to Merritt and my bags are not even on the bus. I called customer service and they basically told me it's not their fault or their problem. After wearing the same clothes for 4 days I finally received my bags. I swore never to travel with this company and still haven't to this day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TRAVELING WITH THEM! The busses are constantly late, the driver's look tired. The customer service representative's are very surly and not very happy or helpful.
