Perfect service every single time and I travelled accross B-C exclusively with Greyhound. Highly recommended since it's dirt cheap.
Their website is another story though...

My 13 year old took the bus from Penticton to Kelowna and they didn't inform either side (dropping off or picking up), that the bus was delayed an hour. We paid extra money for him to go as an unaccompanied minor and I think we should have been informed. On the up side, the driver was awesome!

Busses are dealing with the realities of weather, and doing their best. Still a good way to travel for those who require.

Very unorganised office. Travelled from Kelowna to Nelson on 6th January. Awful experience and the driver was very arrogant and rude. Impossible to get through to a "live" person at any Greyhound depots, or to get through at all. I have written about my experience but not even had the courtesy of an acknowledgement. Would add that my reverse journey - Nelson to Kelowna was a completely different experience and the driver was very nice and accommodating

It's a bus station. Nothing to get excited about here, but if you need to get somewhere you need to stop in. There's an a and w and a gift shop and small coffee place. Nothing gourmet.
