The driver a hour late picking up, they been letting kids ride the bus 15 and under all summer, the driver with a attitude yelling saying he got to gohe late leaves me. I talk to the clerk about a this being unfair they making me take a later bus because they are behind. I paid 37.99 not 25.00 won't refund my money and the guy then says I'm a BAD mother because I been letting my son ride without me. They have been allowing him to ride all summer I'm discussed by the employees and staff. I just found out have a have cancer and this clerk is saying I'm a bad mother. Talking with customer service and they are as helpful as the staff. GREYHOUND IS SCAMMING THEY KEEPING MONEY FOR NO RIDE!
W.H.E.N it's OPEN, it's a nice, comfy and clean place to be. You can walk to CVS if you need anything while waiting for the bus. Otherwise, you will be outside with toasty hot steel benches Caution: skin damage. For Winter, please dress appropriately & bundle up as there is no heated lamps outside. It's pretty much safe as NO ONE is around. Dead Zone.
Hour late so far. Still not picked up. Pretty awful.
I dropped off my stepson for his trip to Lansing. He was almost an hour late on his return trip.
Wanted to ship a bag. I paid for a 4 day service and the bag reached its destination in 3 weeks. I requested a refund, they rejected it. On top of this all, around 8-10 items in the bag were missing when it reached its destination.
Clean, only three of us gotten on the bus at this stop. Plenty of parking for being dropped off. Building looked modern but never made it inside.
The manager and his assistant helped me with excellent problem solving skills to get myself and tool sustainers to Cincinnati Ohio. I had never been on a brand new bus.. The driver was courteous, clear and we appreciated his bringing humor into the ride. Even though i had to pay extra for the tool box, it was the best way to go. Here's a slogan- THE BEST WAY TO GO-GREYHOUND.
The workers are really nice.. They stayed calm under pressure! F.Y.I... that old saying.. About catching fly's with honey is so true at a place like this! Stay calm and respectful .And if your bus doesn't show.. They can order a cab to the next location! It worked for me! It can work for you too!
