Had a set of tires delivered from them. Only person home was my mother in law. The guy who " delivered them" decided to roll them down the driveway and let the tires smash into a table, a chair and our tv. Very horrible service. Should not be in buisness if this is how they run it. Unbelievable
Customer Service is the best you can have. Very accommodated when it comes to do the changes. I spoke to Harsh and he listened my concern thoroughly. Went above and beyond to find workable solution for me and have handled the concern with care. I have taken few trips on Cold Shot and had no issues with it. Highly recommendable for all!
@ 25 passenger bus, seats are small and sooooo tight, no convenient place to put anything there is a shelf above, but the isle is narrow too. It was a cold winter trip, so bulky clothes were partially to blame. Fortunately the bus was warm, the driver was skilled and I was able to get home for Christmas.
I am a regular customer at ColdShot. Excellent company. Great travel. Comfortable bus. Comfortable and safe ride. Their customer service was very helpful, especially Chander. He is a problem solver. He patiently listened to our concerns and helped us appropriately.
Cold shot parcel service is a terrible experience. Dealt with their parcel services for our business three times now to the fault of my own. Packages have not once been picked up or delivered on time. Terrible customer service and will not use again or recommend. Just being honest.
They have amazing services specially during this winter season, the drivers are amazing and by the way the only business that give you free ride after you book more than 5 to 6 times.
I would really not recommend these busses during the cold seasons. I was taking this bus from edmonton to grande prairie during the cold snap -45 there is NO HEAT, no wifi as advertised. The seats were okay. They make it sound like a luxury bus on all the listing but it's honestly more along the lines of public transit. Plus during the 10 minute stops of which there were three the door was KEPT OPEN at -45 for the entire stop. I was told by the driver it was better to go into the store and loiter for the duration of the stops rather than stay in the bus. Not impressed please if you have to take this bus bring heat packs and dress like you're waiting at a bus stop for the entire time.
Cold Shot Edmonton was hired by my last employer to deliver my baggage that had my work gear in it and I'm out $734.00 that it cost me. It was night mare from the beginning because they lost it and it took over a month to figure that out on there end and because there was not insurance put on the delivery by my old employer they refuse to take responsibility for there miscues with this and only are willing to compensate me $99.99. Pretty brutal and very difficult to deal with. They admitted that they lost my bag but won't do what is right and replace the value of contents.
Dangerous and careless drivers. Today, April 14, 2023 I was turning right on to jarvie access route. Highway has double solid lines signifying do not pass. South bound cold shot bus passes me.
Excellent customer service by David. This bus service is a great resource for people working in areas like Slave Lake, High Prairie and Grande Prairie etc to travel back to Edmonton or Calgary. The only Feedback I would give is to drop the Slave Lake passengers at 3am, at public place in Slave Lake instead of closed travel plaza facility or give passengers an option to be dropped at a 24 hr 711 or any open store which is located not too far away from the travel plaza.
