Gretna Family Health

Been going to Dr Bill and his staff for about 25 years. Dr Bill delivered our youngest daughter, and once when she had gotten injured and the hospital called as they usually do, instead of having the on call Dr take care of her, he drove to Omaha to take care care of her. I see Kathy Archer when I go now, and I feel like I am family when I go. The best place if you want the best care.

This clinic is amazing. I have seen Kathy (PA), Lynn (PA), and Dr. Woodruff and would recommend any of them in a heartbeat. I love that they prefer to prescribe lifestyle changes and/or home remedies first, then prescriptions as the second option. They will recommend you lose weight, stop drinking, stop smoking, take certain vitamins, etc BEFORE resorting to control meds. Use this clinic if you don't want to be on pills the rest of your life! One word of warning: Be prepared to wait. They are through and they squeeze regular patients in when they are sick, which means that they are sometimes behind. Especially in the afternoons. But, trust me, the wait is worth it!

The wait was worth it! Never has a provider done such a thorough exam and took the time to explain my lab results with great detail. None of them have ever used their phone to look up anything. And as far as the computer? They're all electronic med records so of course they have to be on the computer as they are in your chart note documenting symptoms, treatment, and prescribing or refilling your meds. I'd rather wait if need be in order to get such quality care that I've not had with previous providers. If you want quality, you get what you patiently wait for. And the charges? Standard for any clinic and probably less than another doc would charge for a 10 minute visit. So if you want quality care, and not a doc in a box, then I highly recommend Gretna Family Health. Best clinic ever!

I went to this practice and had to waited 60minutes to be placed back in the room and waited an additional 20 minutes and still no one came to see me. I finally walked out telling the reception the wait was ridiculous and I had another appointment elsewhere. After I left, I received a phone call from the PA advising me she was unaware I have even been placed in the room. Also, she advised me she wanted to give me the lab results from a prior appointment. To my surprise, two weeks later I got a bill for the phone call for $325.00. I quickly found another physician and I've been very happy leaving this clinic. I will never return!

Dont come here!!! Worst practice ever!!!! Every time my wife is sick, she insists on going here. They don't even help. As a matter a fact they make her condition worse!!! She finally saw the light after the last time she went here with the flu and almost ended up on her death bed. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
