I bought a 2018 330i yesterday. It's not a new car, so I don't expect it to be in 100% condition. There is a small problem, but hopefully it will be resolved and the rest overall very satisfied. Thanks to Emmanuel Felesakis and Jean-François Lacasse for their help and advice on the purchase.

Honestly everyone at the dealer took very good care of me. Service is A1 from the gm, salesman and the product genius!

Is my second BMW with the same sale person and same dealership within 14 months .It say a lot how satisfy I am. My sale representative is Mr. Emmanuel Felesakis he worked within my budget, and guide me to pick up the one that fill my needs, and let me have time to think about it. It was two weeks since I got my delivery I love it and I still think I pick up the perfect car

Nothing special here. I went to visit for a CPO 3 series and I never got a follow up from the sales rep as promised. Overall dealership looked friendly, but clearly not hustling to earn business given that this is a new dealership. May 2022: I had previously put a neutral 3 star on my last review many years ago. I can now confidently put a 5 star review on this dealership. The team went above and beyond to earn my business and make a worthwhile transaction. Carol & Renzo were extremely helpful and very transparent, so this built trust in working with this dealership. Their finance director Jean-Francois was also very easy to work with! I have also recommended friends to this dealership.

If you like to have your time waisted, given excuse after excuse, have your delivery date pushed twice and show up to find out your vehicle isn't even ready after an extra week, then hear your sales rep blame everyone but themselves, then this is the place for you to shop for a BMW! They will not live up to their word, will fail on their promises, will not deliver on time and treat you like they don't need you as a client. I am utterly disappointed I drove from Ottawa, I waisted an entire day waiting on delivery and walked away without a car because it was not even ready as promised... bald mismatched tire, car is was not even detailed properly, sales rep doesn't even answer his phone to come greet you at agreed delivery time he pushed the day of. They'll find a way to make you feel very insignificant, because they'll make their quota regardless, look up "apathy" and this dealerships' picture is next to the word. Never again.

Best BMW dealer yet! This is my 4th car and lately I had a slight mechanical issue and the took care of this without me having to argue about it! The took responsibility right away which today is really rare. 5 stars without hesitation.

Very nice, airy and modern dealership they take proper COVID precautions with super professional and polite staff; I purchased an X1 2021 with 6737 km April 2022 Emmanuel, sales - super nice guy -not pushy at all - helped with my final decision on which model to purchase - my #1 sales representative -and he ranks #1 across Canada! This guy knows his stuff and speaks 4 languages - English, French, Italian, Greek Véronique - Finance dept - was very patient with me awaiting my cheque from insurance -LOL Alexandre - Product Specialist - super knowledgeable about anything BMW - helped set up Apple CarPlay and provided lots of technical info - he's my #1 tech specialist/geek!! Justin - service specialist - very chill guy and super accommodating - helped to calibrate driver's seating positions with my car fobs 1st service visit Nov 3rd I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this dealership. Anyone searching for a new or used Bimmer - this is the place to go!!! Ça vaut le détour!!!

The most horrible experience you can have at a dealership, I have a recall on my car and I have tried 4 time the recall line to book an appointment, they are unable to find a live person on this branch who speaks English. They’ll just transfer you to a random voicemail where NO BODY IS GOING TO REPLY. When you call them it says press 9 for English, it’s false. You’ll never be connected to a person who speaks English.

Best service and nothing compares to the German engineering and the drive of BMW. "Make life a ride". Véronique, Dominique and Alex and the team all worked well to help us realize our goal. The financing or leasing options are flexible and at extremely affordable rates compared to major banks. They also managed a trade-in which helped to relieve alot of time and effort on our part to move forward; we gave them our specifications and they delivered well beyond our expectations and were patient with us when we needed time to make an informed decision and given our circumstance and time constraints. They coached us through the whole process. Alex's knowledge of the car's technology features and offering a personal training session was extremely useful and professional, all dealers should take this quality time with their clients and offer this personalized service. Before leaving Veronique came personally to send us off and congratulate us a last time. We felt as though we were VIP with this investment we made and that feeling of being taken care of helps to feel comfort as we will be serviced over the next few years. Was worth a drive to Terrebonne just for that care and professionalism. Facilities were new and impressive and the way they delivered the final product was magnificent. Love my hat and wear it proud!
