Beware Jason Richard, Moncton New Brunswick. Built my house. Many problems, fix some after months and was stuck with over a $700 bill to replace my leaky gutters. Told me was sick of my messages and to contact his lawyer. So many other problems with my home as well that I am left to fix on my own.
