Greg Glavin Electrician

Greg's professionalism, quality work, attention to detail and kindness make me highly recommend him for electrical work. I hired Greg to install an additional set of wires to run our new Nest Thermostat. I reached out to him during a heat wave, when my air conditioner wasn't working. He came to help me within 8 hours. He was available in the late afternoon - and stayed until he could arrange for the air conditioner to work. Because of an issue with our compressor, he reworked his schedule so that he could come back to help. I really appreciated Greg's excellent electrical skills and friendly customer service. I would contact him again if I needed an electrician, and I highly recommend him to my family and friends for any electrical work.

i had a service upgraded too a 200 amp panel from old fuses panel that was 60 amps since Im having him add 100 amp underground service to my detached garage. The price was better then three other bids i had for the service upgrade. i will use him again in the future. excellent quality workmanship. The inspector was very pleased with the work going above NEC code. He even added a few circuits for free too

I recently found myself in dire need of Electrical work. I had two outlets that were failing, and needed 3 light fixtures replaced. Being the informed, cautious consumer that I am, I decided to shop around a bit. I called 5 or 6 local electricians and received quotes from each of them. The prices that they quoted me were a little bit outside of my price range and I was extremely discouraged. Figuring I would take one last trip through Google, I searched a bit broader than before, and found Greg Glavin. I took a look at his website, and noticed a lot of talk about "competitive" prices. I figured it was worth a shot, so I gave him a call. The price that he quoted me was at least $50 cheaper than each of the electricians I had spoken to, and in some cases as much $80 cheaper. We set up an appointment, and two days later he arrived. Greg was extremely punctual, he actually arrived 15 minutes earlier than he said he would, to prepare for the job. He originally told me all of the work would be completed in about 5 hours, and it only ended up taking him 3 hours. After he was done, I inspected all of his work. The work was spot on. The light fixtures look like they have been there forever, and the outlets work perfectly. When it came time to pay, he actually DEDUCTED money from the total we had settled on due to the fact that it took him less time than he originally planned. He was prepared, clean, friendly, courteous, kind to all three of my children, and was in and out in no time. We barely even noticed he was here (my black lab actually didn't even bark at him, and she barks at everyone). I would recommend Greg Glavin as an electrician to anyone who asked, and he has actually completed work on my mother's home, and my neighbor's as well. He is informative, and explains exactly what he is going to be doing so that there is no worry or anxiousness at all. I give Greg Glavin a 10 out of 10, and if you need some fast, friendly, electrical work done, at a competitive price, Greg Glavin is the way to go. :)

I had problems with some wiring in my house and Greg was on time,courteous, solved my electrical problems,and the price was right . I have since recommended him to friends and family that he has done work for with the same results. I would recommend Greg to anyone who needs electrical work done and wants an intelegent, punctual, clean,and price competitive electrician on the job 😃

Greg came by after 7pm for an emergency fix after a tree fell on my house. He made a temporary repair and returned the following day to fix the problem. He finished the job on time and stuck to his quote. He kept me up to date on the process including when the inspector would be by.
