Seems like nice rooms. But there is wear and tear. The outside has been neglected. Landscaping needs attention. Concrete curbs and building have deteriorated. How bad before you do something? No free breakfast. Carpets in public area are worn.
It is difficult to express a proper opinion when your stay is limited to about six hours, most of which you spent sleeping. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We checked in at around 1:30 a.m., so apart from that element of service, we did not have any other opportunity to evaluate.
Spent our first night in our new province at this hotel and the staff were nice, no problems with checkout and the rooms were cozy.
Worse experience ever, call them to reserve rooms, told them that I'll call them back and confirm, also didn't receive any confirmation email of the booking, so thought it wasn't confirmed so I didn't call them back. today I see a huge transaction on my card from them, call them up and said to see what's the situation, the person on the phone didn't believe me that I haven't received the email and told me they will charge me for the full night, and I think it's not fair or legal.nnBut I know for fact right now I will never do business with them. Even if it was the last hotel in the whole country I would never stay there.
Recently stayed at this hotel, it was disgusting. The rooms were dirty, mattress had a major sag in it, mold in bathroom, filthy carpets, the underground parking had trash on the floor and a smell of urine. In my opinion, this place should not be operational.
