After a year of sessions she was unable to diagnose, blaming us for the lengthy process when in fact the receptionist's rarely return calls. Actually been a few months and still waiting on her to give us her final diagnosis. I would really suggest going elsewhere
Dr. Greenstone was amazing. She quickly connected with my daughter and was kind, compassionate, and understanding. She helped my daughter get her ADHD diagnosis in a matter of weeks instead of months by scheduling us weekly appointments. She gave us and the school a long clear and thorough explanation of my daughters needs and diagnosis. Fantastic!
Dr.Greenstone was a God sent to us, she is compassionate, caring and sensible. My daughter was really happy to go to each session Dr.Greenstone gave us a full report, it was clear and she took the time to explain everything. This report was the key, the answer to a case that needed to be resolvedkeep in mind we had tried different road before her but nothing worked,We can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you Dr.Greenstone for you help, we appreciate you taking the time and energyduring your vacationyour advise and guidance helped us think through a very thought and difficult situation.Thank you! We strongly recommended Dr.Greenstone, she is efficient, knowledgeable and very kind. We are forever grateful for her help! Farah Joseph
Charged 185$/hr for services that resulted in an incomplete diagnosis that would have been another 1500$ which was what I'd already spent she tried to encourage me to see her family members for other resources can you say conflict of interest?. My child didn't connect with her at all, she comes across as cold and uncaring. She was late, rushed and didn't listen to me or my concerns. Because of going this route, we ended up losing very valuable time in getting a diagnosis for my child, a year of time we could've been on the waiting list for the Children's Hospital so I strongly suggest going the long route from the beginning and get on those waiting lists asap! This woman is just taking advantage of the long waiting lists and the desperate parents seeking help and answers for their children. Very unscrupulous and shady. She may have been a reputable psychologist at one point but her morals have gone down the toilet. Disgusting and despicable. Avoid this woman at all costs!!!!
Translated by Google Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with it. She had to do an assessment of my son for ADHD and after 7 sessions told me that she made a mistake and assessed an ASD instead despite a request and a questionnaire, both concerning ADHD! Obviously no refund but she offers me a few additional sessions to finalize a new evaluation. Finally she concludes by telling us that he is too young and that it is a preliminary report that she is going to give us, that was 3 months ago and still nothing, zero report in hand! She has never seen my son in person, only by zoom, does not check his notes, nor his files, I had the impression each time that it was the 1st time that she saw him at each appointment... Yet she was recommended to me by my pediatrician and I did not have to wait weeks for a first meeting. She stressed us more than anything else in the end, still NO diagnosis and wasted time, not to mention the $1500 spent for NOTHING. Too bad but a good lesson for me, I put myself on the CHUSJ waiting list and I may be waiting a LONG time but I will at least have a serious and complete evaluation...
