I love this Greenhawk. It's so big! The clearance loft is worth the trip alone. I get so lost in this store. The staff are terrific and very helpful! This place is my heaven on earth.
Made a trip down to drop items off for consignment on 10/16/22. When I mentioned I had 3 bins nicely organized with older tack items. The minute I mentioned that I got a look from one employee and told I’ll have to wait… no problem. Took her a few minutes to rifle through the bins after waiting for over a hour while essentially being ignored in store. Walked through the store did some shopping too. After all was done and feeling like I had to push for any help in the store I stupidly misplaced my wallet. Trying to ask the ladies at the front fest to just simply look around the desk was like pulling teeth. Didn’t seem to care my wallet was now missing. A employee did offer to help only for the others to complain. I’m walking around the store feeling real silly with zero assistance. It turns out it had slid under my vehicle while reloading my now upside down bins back in my car did a few check around my car. I did return and said thank you and that I had found it but employee didn’t seem to even care. asked about purchasing a blanket on display as it was the last one on sale. Was told to look online instead. When none were available online I messaged to ask to purchase the other just to be told it was then sold. To mention: It was during the sale but the amount of employees in the store vs customers should have been zero problem. Tons were walking around up and downstairs. I’m really disappointed in SOME of the employees working here and feel awkward even going here. Will be doing my business at other locations for now on.

Employees are always so helpful and friendly. They almost seem excited to go put of their way to find you things, which anyone who's worked retail knows that can't be true . I really love visiting. Had a return last week from an online order. Smoothest return I've had anywhere.

Staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Very pet friendly and welcoming. Bringing our dogs in to try on the dog coats was a huge time saver and allowed us to try different styles and compare. Very happy with the service and quality and pricing of our purchases. We are new to Grimsby and so relieved to find a new local go to for our per needs.
Wow great service variety and selection.
I visited Greenhawk in Beamsville and had the worst customer service experience of my life. I usually feel welcome when I walk through those doors but these visits were atrociously unpleasant. I went in to buy a new helmet and was pushed out with one I didn't want to buy while not being offered to look at any others. I then talked to the online customer service associate through the website who said I could likely exchange due to some extenuating circumstances. I went the next day to do so and the lady behind the counter was rude, she belittled me, and made me feel like a child saying she couldn't do anything for me. After I politely explained that I had spoken to the online customer service associate who was the one who told me to come in she was colder to me and was still rude. I was then helped by three sales people simultaneously who were bombarding me with helmets and information while not giving me a chance to give them any input on what I wanted... after feeling like I was badgered and cornered with no escape but to buy a helmet I didn't really want... they sent me with another helmet I am dissatisfied with, that cost a higher price. The staff made me feel defeated and they were not receptive to helping me because I needed smaller sizes. I am very disappointed with the experience and service I received in these two visits as I was treated like a child who couldn't make her own decisions and forced to buy something I didn't want on two separate occasions when I originally didn't ask for assistance in the first place. I am not impressed by their service or their attitude towards their customers. I doubt I'll be bringing any business back there.
