Green Lantern

A great small diner experience. The regulars make small talk with the cook as he works his magic. I sat at the counter and fully enjoyed the experience! I will eat there every time I am passing through Toledo, OH. I did not wait long to be seated. Kid-friendliness: It felt like a nice family environment. Parking: Plenty of parking for a place this size.

It had been over 20 years since the last time I had been to the Green Lantern. I was pleasantly surprised that it was in much better shape and cleaner then the last time I was there. The service was excellent at 6:10am. Good value and taste!

The food was Great. The employee's made you feel like family. A real nice treat. The food tasted absolutely scrumptious.!!! If you have never ate there, give the Geen Lantern a try. I'm not sure how long they have been there. I do know they have been there since I was a kid and that's a long long time ago. They do a wonderful job with serving up your meal.

Place has been around for many many yrs. My Grandfather took me here for breakfast after my 1sr hair cut across the street at Barber Dan's in like 1969. Been coming here ever since.Food: 5/5

I haven't been to this place in probably 30yrs. But, for a greasy spoon I was surprised at how improved the food has become! I ordered 5 breakfasts to go, all the same order, 2eggs, bacon, hash browns, and, toast. The total came to just a tad over $40.00. So, the price was outstanding, the bacon was at Original pancake house, First Watch, Scramblers level -no joke! And, a lot of bacon on each order! So, don't forget about this oldy but, goody gem of Toledo! Fast efficient service! Great food!

It seems like the to go orders take president to the seated costumers I'll just walk in order my food than have it within 10 minutes! my next visit love the food!Food: 5/5

This place is a cool little diner. Food and service is good quality but the cooking is inconsistent. I continue to go back with the hopes of getting my food cooked liked it was my very first time visiting.

This diner is definitely a Toledo Gem!! I've only gotten takeout from here years ago and it was good but today we dined inside and it was amazing!! We ordered burgers, fries and fried mushrooms, all of it cooked perfectly!! Service was OUTSTANDING!! The server was prob one of the best I've had in awhile!! Oh and they are fast which is a plus when you're on a time schedule!!
