I was looking for an organic hairdresser in the Newmarket area so l was pleased to find Green Hair Zone was in close proximity. Arriving at the salon, l was immediately impressed with the décor, use of space and airiness. In consultation with stylist Lana, l outlined my preferences which she carefully listened to and repeated for clarification. She took precision and time to ensure that the cut was of a high standard. We enjoyed a lovely chat and I found her tips on hair care very useful. Her assistant Angela was also pleasant and chatty which added to the friendly atmosphere. All in all, a great first-time experience at this salon.Service: Hairstyling
Came across this hair salon on Facebook and had hair done by Aneta. It was my second time dying hair and I had a lot of questions for her. She was really friendly and did not get annoyed with all the questions I had for her; instead, she patiently explained all the questions I had and was really gentle for each step. Cannot express how much I love her. I did not know this salon place used organic dye before coming in. It had been a week since I dyed my hair, my hair is just as soft as before!
I got my hair done here for prom, hair curling, style and highlights. My hair came out PERFECT! The salon is beautiful and a relaxing atmosphere. Staff is super nice and Lana is so creative and patient, the best stylist I have ever been to!!!Services: Hairstyling
Lana has been taking care of my hair for years. I started seeing her when my hair was very short, at the time she would colour my greys with lilac/purple tones, amazing. Before the pandemic, I decided to grow out my short hair, leaving the greys, Lana helped me through the awkward transition. Today, Lana did a lovely ends trim, layering and blow dry. Thanks again Lana, for taking such good care with my hair style!Service: Hairstyling
BEST HAIRCUT I have EVER had!!! Both my daughter and I booked color and haircut from Lana recently. And we are both so so SOOOO pleased with the results. I walked into my appointment with my wavy hair air dried and asked Lana to help me figure out a style that I could work with my hair rather than fight it...and also asked for a color that would work with my grey roots rather than show them off like a beacon. She worked magic~ And I have not felt this good about myself in years...thank you~thank you~thank you!!! <3 Everything about this salon is amazing!
Nothing compares to Green Hair Zone! Lana is one of the most talented and professional hairdressers I've ever been to. I can't say enough great things about her work. Luiza does my husband's hair and is also outstanding. She takes her time to ensure it is perfect. The salon is always spotless and welcoming. I am so happy to have found them!

Love having my hair done here and it feels good not inhaling smelly chemicals from an ordinary salon. Lana and staff are welcoming and professional amazing actually. I'm very particular with my hair; with Lana I know I'm in good hands. My son will not go anywhere else to have his hair done. The salon is modern, new and convenient for those in town or out of town.
After searching for years, I've finally found the salon and talent I've been looking for! And, the organic hair colour system does not dissapoint! In fact, the entire line of organic hair products is quite impressive. As soon as I sat down and met Lana owner and stylist I knew I was in good hands. She is friendly, intelligent and methodical. Luiza, her assistant, is also very friendly and professional. They make a great team and I can't wait for my next visit!
