Pamela is amazing and I've recommended her to everyone I know. Such a professional environment, and I LOVE that the products are all natural/vegan!! Also she has the most adorable, friendly doggies ever! That just makes my visits that much sweeter.
Pamela has a pleasant personality which complements her choice of vocations as an esthetician. In my opinion, she possesses the technical skills required but could improve the ambience of her space by rendering the environment less familial but more professional and spa-like. P.S. I thank the owner for modifying the description of her spa since my original posting so that future clients will be prepared to enjoy the inclusion of pets and children as part of the experience. Toward the end of my appointment, Pamela shared that they have declined vaccines at this time for personal reasons. As a vulnerable senior and a vaccinated person, I maintain that this information needs to be shared with clients when appointments are being booked to GIVE CLIENTS the discretion of booking at another time.
I have been going to Pam for a few years now and have always had a positive experience. She is professional and personable. I will continue to see her and recommend her to friends and family.
She's amazing! She's friendly, efficient, affordable and has a very clean establishment. My eyebrows are so on point I can't stop winking at myself in the mirror. If I could rate higher I would. 10/10 I would recommend her to anyone!
