I requested some Bones to make bone broth . They called me as soon as they had bones for me.
Ordered 1/4 of beef to be processed and they did a wonderful job portioning for multiple households! Would absolutely use again!
Customer service top notch. The packaging was tight and clean. The cut was spot on for my T-bones. Right amount of fat on the sides and thickness.
Horrible customer service. Super long delay to process my cow due to "Covid" However when my pick up is delayed to Covid Quarantine she wants to charge me $60 in storage. Do NOT recommend.
I called in looking for information and she was very friendly and super helpful!
