A very good summer experience at Green Acres. Hospitality was great and a very friendly staff. The park was very well kept and clean and nice and quiet. I spent this season there and had no issues at all. Thanks to Jackie,Jeff and the rest of the staff for making my stay a great one! I hope to work in the area again so I can camp there once again! RED FLAG Turn around and don't enter this campground. I really wish I would of read the reviews. The couple that own this place are rude and hateful people. I understand they have rules and they should. Dogs on a leash, my well-behaved small dog going from trailer to car is a bit much.only a few feetThe owners both of them are yelling at me about rules. They are always in your face. The stress these two caused us was unbelievable. They will make your life miserable. I tried to talk to them about being kinder to their guests but they just started yelling over me most likely didn't hear anything. YELLING, SCREAMING AND CURSING This is not a FAMILY campground.
This was a great place to stay after a very long days drive and 3 month on the road. Camping in the off season had the place all most to our selves and the shower block was clean.the staff were very friendly and helpful. the camp was quite damp under foot but that's what happens after a lot of rain. The lake was very full and no beach but that's OK it was to cold to go swimming.
The most beautiful place, amazing owners and staff, and incredible food!
We booked 10 of us for a family/cousin dinner. They sat us in the back room. The staff were wonderful and actually chatted to get to know us. The food was hot, very tasty and well presented. The new owners are amazing and will do well there. I wish them all the best. We will highly recommend your place. Thanks

Great food and park. Very friendly staff
The views are incredible, but ultimately I will never return. I had booked 3 nights and 4 days and ended up having to leave early; when I inquired about a refund for the missed day, I was immediately met with a look of contempt and frustration. I was told there weren't any refunds, I asked if that had been posted anywhere on her website, and she said no, I said okay and left the store. She proceeded to follow me outside and ask me "Don't you want to know why there's no refund?" I said no, it's okay, I understood I had ultimately changed the agreement by leaving early and was just asking, not expecting a refund, let alone a lecture. The owner proceeded to tell me it's hard to book a new renter in such short notice, and all renters in the area have the same policy, I said I understand, but she still acted like I was I ridiculous for even asking. I also found some areas of the park required some much needed TLC, there are debris piles when driving into the park, and the road has some intense potholes, maybe they repair them in the fall? Overall, the views were amazing but dealing with owners who are aggressive and rude, isn't worth it. Avoid, there are better places around with nicer accommodations and friendlier owners.
While beautiful, I agree with a previous comment. The owner lady is bloody awful. A raging Karen fits nicely here, and that's actually being nice to her. You can find great views with the horrible owner trying to assert her power over you. It's a campsite, you're not running the Ritz. She should be ashamed of her behavior. Will never stay or recommend this place, even if I was paid to do so, oh and the washrooms were absolutely disgusting.
We stayed for 6 nights. Lakefront camping with an amazing sunrise every morning. This is our second time here. A quiet campground with friendly owners! We had fish and chips in the restaurant and it was awesome and the portions were huge! We have already booked for next summer and cannot wait to go back!
