I just wanted to give a big shout out to Greeley Electric Repair! They did an amazing job repairing a lamp that I found at a second hand shop. The staff is friendly and happy to help. I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again!

I moved to Omaha Nebraska about 10yrs ago, when I lived in Greeley I always used this shop for electric repairs. With that being said about a year and a half ago my wife and I purchased a 1955 mercury as a project car, wanting to keep the car as original as possible and our hvac blower motor was in bad shape. We searched for new motors but all were China made repops with horrible reviews we decided to have the original rebuilt. Going from a 6v system to a modern 12v system there wasn't a shop in Nebraska that was man enough to touch this project! So I called Kenny at Greeley Electric and he said sure he was afraid to fix it for me, we shipped it from Omaha to the shop, today it arrived at my door step, looks brand new! Inside the box with the blower motor was not a bill or invoice, nope just a simple hand written not from Kenny said, said sorry I took a bit longer than we originally talked about and hope it works good. Are you kidding me! These guys are awesome! I can't thank you enough Kenny! But I still think I should owe you guys something! It's hard to find a shop ran like the good old days! Highly recommend!!!

I had a pump with a bad seal, and it was critical to my process and they turned it around in 3 hours. Love, love, love! YMMV, it was lucky that they happened to have the parts on hand. But they definitely went the extra mile, on a Friday before a holiday weekend, no less!!

Crooks. Took product in for repair bring it back just to find out it has a hole and leaks fuel everywhere. That's just the tip of the iceberg. If I could give a lower rating I would. Never going back there. Found a place in longmont who fixes product on time and correctly. They are not just about the money. Will gladly drive the extra time for better service.

Incredible customer service! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They answered phone call after phone call from me when I had various questions on an electric motor.

My husband brought in a new motor, Baldor, to have the capacitors looked at. Since Greeley Electric Repair did not call my husband back regarding the motor, my husband called them. After stalling, they finally admitted that they had lost the motor, which is made in the U.S.A. Instead, they gave him a used motor, a Dayton, made in Mexico, which has less value than our new motor. How they lost the motor is beyond my comprehension. They failed to make things right based on their mistake. Looks like they got a brand new motor and lost a customer in the process. Shady and unethical business practices!

They are the only Ridgid service provider in Northern Colorado. They've fixed or replaced multiple Ridgid power tools for me. I've never had a bad experience with them.
