Greek Town Pita And Shawarma

Food was ordered for lunch at our office. The food arrived promptly but that is about all I can say positive from the experience here. The order was supposed to be $22.00 for the both of us as we had ordered the 2 can dine for $16.99, they charged an additional $4.50 for me to replace my fries with a greek salad. The delivery fee was supposed to be $3.00 but they charged a $5.50 miscellaneous charge on our bill which they did not advise us of at all until we looked at the receipt to see why our order came to $30.90 for 2 people. I asked for my dressing to be in the side. They put the dressing on the salad and gave another side of dressing, parts of the salad were soggy, the dressing did not taste like greek dressing, it tasted like pure olive oil and I shook the dressing before putting it on the salad, my chicken schwarma consisted of a soggy greasy pita and wilted mushy lettuce throughout, the chicken that I was able to salvage from the schwarma was delicious. I cannot believe I paid $20.00 for this meal, they didn't even bother to pack us napkins or utensils so I had to eat the salad with my fingers. Very disappointed in this order, will never order from here again. I could have ate like a queen somewhere else for what was paid to eat here and tasted terrible.

My favorite pita place! Their fries is the best as well as steak and cheese wrap. Their ingredients are always fresh and prices are good. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone!

The food was good and the stuffed mushrooms was scrumptious. They even delivered to the Best Western Waterfront hotel that I was staying in Windsor Ontario Canada. I was even able to pay using my credit card. The delivery man had a little scanner to scan the credit card to pay and for the tip also.

I brought my 2 daughters and wife for dinner here, the food was very good! The shawarma was the best I have had, and salad was outstanding! Not only that but the staff was very friendly and we will definitely be going back!

Placed an order via phone for delivery. Once delivered I checked the bags and saw that my order was incorrect. I called the restaurant as I was missing a can of pop, poutine, and a caesar salad. We had gotten a greek salad that we didn't even order. The person at the restaurant said that I ordered from the wrong restaurant, I checked my receipt to make sure and it was in fact the right place. He denied that the order was wrong, then admitted to it being incorrect and said that I could go and pick it up from the store. I explained that I could not go to the store which is why I had ordered delivery and that I would like the food I ordered or my money back. He then told me he couldn't send out a driver because they were now closed, however it says open until 2am on their website. I asked to speak with the manager and he said that he was the owner. I explained that if he would like he could come here and see that the order was in fact wrong. He then accused me of making multiple phone calls to the store however I only made one call from my cellphone. I was completely unimpressed with both the owner and the food. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Poor customer service and rude management.

Best damn donair pita I've ever had. The sauce really makes it. Meat pie was pretty good too. Friendly owners, nice collection of notes from around the world hanging on the wall!

Very fresh ingredients , how do I know ..? Because of the taste , I ordered a Beaf and cheese Pita sandwich and it was amazing , tasty and delicious .. !! Not to crowded so you don't wait too much for your food . Nice staff and clean areas .

Myself and some co workers decided to order from this restaurant when our order arrived it was completelty wrong. Order was missing poutine, drink, and salad. When we called the restaurant to tell them about all of the mistakes. While doing so we were accused of ordering from the wrong restaurant. When I explained that 90% of my order was incorrect I was told that they were closing and couldn't do anything for me. However at the time it was 2pm and online says they close at 2am. This restaurant treated us as customers as if we did something wrong when in fact the restaurant was incorrect with our entire order.

Ordered delivery and it took over an hour to arrive I live a 3 minute drive away, the deep fried food was cold and soggy, had obviously been made when I called but just sat in the container for an hour waiting to be delivered. the wrap was soggy for the same reason. I have ordered from here before and it was decent, I was very disappointed this time. Will not be ordering from here again.

Awesome cheese and steak pita! Everyone should try it! The service was fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a quick bite that isn’t typical fast food.
