Delicious! Tried several times and consistently good! Found Greek Stop after my usual place changed ingredients and weren't good anymore. Chicken souvlaki and roast chicken were moist and juicy, never dry. Falafel were crispy. Good portions. My only thing is, there's always too much dressing on the salad, but that drains a bit to the bottom.
Thr chicken, rice and potatoes. Bland. No flavor. Chicken quality was good though. Tzatziki isn't anything special. Greek fries cheap frozen fries. Nice Greek salad with a nice Greek dressing. Friendly service. Price is fair. 12.50 for a chicken dinner with rice and potatoes. No pita included. Greek fries 5.99 not worth it. They weren't eaten. 4 of us voted. Score 2.2 out of 5. We wanted to give a higher score because the people at the restaurant seemed very nice but the food is so bland. No flavor at all. More seasoning needed.
The food at this restaurant was fabulous when the guy use to work there he was very nice I dont know why he left but I hope the owner of this restaurant see my review I came today and bought chicken soulvaki I got so disappointed chicken was burned and rice and potatoes was soggy the salad dressing taste so bad .the owner must hire someone to know how to cooke and how to serve the customer. I will not come anymore and not recommended
We found our new “go to” fast Greek food! We have been disappointed by other places, inconsistent quality. The gentleman who manages this facility and staff, very warm and welcoming! The lamb shank is my personal favorite along with the dolmades & fresh salad.
Great place to grab quick Greek food. Portion are plentiful and consistent, service is quick The owner is a one man show and is absolutely killing it back there to make it happen. Great small/local business
Just ordered and picked up 2 chicken souvlaki dinners for my wife and myself. WELL let me tell you, it was excellent, tender chicken, and great portion. Will definitely return and recommend to friends soon. Welcome to the neighborhood!
Enjoyed my meal. Had lamb souvlaki on a pita and my wife had the chicken skewer platter. Quite good and fresh but not sure this is authentic greek. The tzatziki was fresh but bland, hardly any garlicky taste to it whatsoever. All in all the food was fresh and good portions, just missing a little "finish" as i see it to go to the next level.
Small location but the food has always been great. Really nice team that greets you when you get there and they go the distance to help. They also helped us on a short notice catering order for the same day. Price for the quality of food is very reasonable. Would recommend
This is my favorite go-to spot for fresh, delicious, and the best bang for your buck! Out off all of the greek spots in Durham, I personally find this to be the tastiest and consistent! Never ever disappointed, and always greeted with a warm and welcome smile by the kind family that runs the store! If you're looking for juicy moist and tender meat with all the right flavour and a nice crisp salad, this is definitely the place to go! Haven't tried their burritos but I'm sure they are just as tasty as their greek food! Go and check them out, this will be your new spot, just like it is mine! I'm there atleast 1 a week! You can thank me later!
Hands down the best Greek food in Pickering. Everything is homemade and so fresh. The salad dressing is phenomenal!!!!! Great food and friendly service, my new Greek go to place!!!
