I love Greco Sauce! It tastes just like before! Better to order ahead if you can but everything was great

Read the bad reviews but decided to order anyway as other locations would not deliver to my location. The pizza arrived missing toppings, burnt, without the ordered sauces. Disappointing when those selections had already been paid for upon order.

My mother ordered a party pizza and garlic fingers and 6 cookies. When it arrived the pizza was cold. There was no garlic fingers and they gave us 3 cookies but ran out of so they Gave her one lava cake. She called to clear up the issue and was told she would have to pay $28 extra for the garlic fingers instead of the $5 for the deal she ordered. While on the phone with them the young guy said he didn't have time to deal with her so she requested a manager. The manager had to call back. But he seemed resistant but finally gave in to correcting the issue. We have 10 people here 6 kids, and had to wait for the garlic fingers that should have been on the order in the first place. Extremely dissatisfied!

I ordered a pizza and when I arrived they had prepared a small garlic fingers instead. This took up most of my lunch hour to fix as they cooked the actual pizza. However I rated three stars because they gave the garlic fingers anyway as an apology.

I normally love Greco! I went into this location for the first time a couple of weeks ago at noon and asked if they had any slices ready. The cashier said yes and then proceeded to get a piece of pizza from the bottom the fridge that was wrapped in plastic wrap. She then heated it up. I wasn’t told what kind of pizza it was until it was in my hand. A second worker came in and insisted the pizza was prepared that morning doubtful. I’m giving two stars because he said if I wasn’t happy with it, he’s replace it for free. Unfortunately I didn’t have the time to wait for another pizza to be made. My teeth may never be the same after eating this piece of cheesy plywood.

Items on menu not available. Heading to my gym Greco pizza is right beside. I saw a sign displayed “Greco Nachos”, it looks delicious, then I came inside and ordered, surprise: sorry, no Nachos today. Washroom out of order. I asked where’s the washroom, surprise: it’s out of order. Ok I was hungry then I decided to go for a pizza, but only 1 person to make the pizza and cashier I had to wait 5 minutes until get a chance to place my order. They display pizza slices but the employee said they didn’t have slice, only the whole pizza. Ok I order the small one which I find expensive. It took a bit more than 10 min. When it came, I like ketchup on my pizza, but again surprise: They don’t have ketchup My impression is that the place is poorly managed I give 2 star because the pizza was ok. I ate it afterwards

Always enjoy the donairs, garlic and wings. Pizza is usually good. If not they fix it. Tonight I took a risk on a calzone. Bad choice all around. It's completely dry. The folded over dough sucked up the sauce inside. The outside of the dough wasn't even brushed with butter. It's a lump of dry dough, with not nearly enough ingredients inside. Very disappointed.

Imagine ordering a medium pizza for $25 plus extra for mozzarella crust and receiving these size slices LOL. Do your wallet and your stomach a favor my friends, order pizza from ANYWHERE else.

Just picked up a large Hawaiian Heat Donair Pizza and was very disappointed. Virtually no pizza sauce on the pizza, there were no tomatoes on it and the amount of Donair Meat was very skimpy. Not their really their problem but when it says includes peppers and refers to "Heat" in the name you expect the peppers to have some kick - not the ones on this pizza. First time ordering from this location as I was in the area for pick up and won't make this mistake again.

Food was good. Only disappointed that the donair dips we though we were ordering from the app/website were just small condiment cups of in store donair sauce. They were much smaller amount for the price.Food: 4/5
