Keith was nice but the work was awful. We had a hard time pinning him down with regard to the date and time of the work. The end result is a pool with the wrinkles on the bottom and the sides. Shame on us for not getting a written estimate. The price kept going up.

He is a terrible guy to have to set up your pool and do the excavating.not teliable.doesn't do what he tells you what he will do. Unprofessional. Guess I will take him to small claims court. 0 tating.

Only place in town, so I've tried using them numerous times-- gotten parts and chemicals for hot tub, and tried to have two pumps repaired over past 7 years. Takes months to get service, lots of unreturned phone calls. Store has a great deal of confusion. Have ended up getting parts elsewhere, either Oshkosh or online. Just picked up unrepaired pump after 2 months and "I figured something out for you, you can pick it up"-- got there and it was just how I left it. Not mean, and haven't ever tried to cheat me, just very disorganized, less than helpful, and always very busy somehow.
