We paid $50 for 2 meals but it was SO good and SO MUCH. We ended up getting 9 meals from our leftovers. NINE. and it was so so so tasty. We ordered it to go. And the 20 second encounter i had with the lady at the front was so short. It was like i was her greatest inconvenience ever. Service with a smile is not a thing. But the food was worth going back.
I ordered the special to go. Almond chicken. It came with egg rolls rice and the chow main. The egg rolls looked like they had been fried twice and the flavor was like old reused oil. The almond chicken had this same taste. The only edible part was the rice and chow mein. Shortly, and I mean less than 30 minutes after eating I go diarrhea. The sad part is I ordered two of the specials and I have to throw out all this food. I will never eat there again. Waste of money and waste of food. Just awful.
Food was okay. Place smells musty and dusty. Probably won’t be coming again unless I’m dying for Chinese food. Eggroll looks like it a dooky.

Horrible experience and they lie about their portions and prices to steal your money. And best part is they will never take accountable for their faults and just gaslight if you complain.

I’ve gone to the Great Shanghai since they first opened for business here in Yakima. To date, I’ve yet to have a bad experience with their food or service. Easily one of the best Chinese places around. Vegetarian options: The vegetable deluxe is a staple for our orders every time.
Have been going there for years the last time we went in they forgot a big part of our order and said the next time dinner is on them. Then when we called in to get dinner on them they said only one little part of it was on them I told them that's okay I'll find a new restaurant done with those people! Overpriced and overrated!
Inedible. We paid and left after a couple bites. Nothing tasted fresh. Not to exaggerate but probably the worst Chinese food we ever had.
My family wanted some Chinese before the Christmas events started at our house. Not only did we order 3 fried rice and got one my husband found himself eating metal with the rice! We fed that to our kids!
