After talking with reception I decided to go else where. Never have I ever had the impression that somebody thought they were better then me like that lady. So very rude and unhelpful. Last time I set foot in there.

Jeff Scott and his staff are excellent with patients and really care about helping people keep up the great service!

Excellent experience. Everyone from reception to treatment areas are courteous and helpful. The Physio-assistants worked their magic on my sore neck, with a great reduction in pain. Thanks to everyone at Great Lakes.
