I worked with Arunas at Great Lakes Contractors to have interior painting and carpet replacement completed. It was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with was professional, prices were very fair, and work was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. I'd definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing a contractor.

First, they painted with the wrong sheen. We had to threaten with a bank charge back to get them to repaint with correct paint. They say they will do 2 coats but they only did 1. The painter that was here says real painters don't need drop cloth, now I am going around my home carefully scraping paint spackle from roller that's on my brand new hardwood floors. You may have better luck, if you choose then just be certain you stay on the job with them and make sure they do everything they are contracted to do.

Arunas and staff at Great Lakes Contractors provided excellent service in finishing my kitchen. We recently bought a older home with unfinished walls in our kitchen. Arunas came over within a few days of my phone call and worked on a plan to complete the drywall and painting work we needed done. He took pictures and fully documented and explained the work that needed to be done. I was able to select quality Sherwin Williams paint to use on the project. When work began a few days later, the painters completely enclosed the work area, so that other areas of our home would not be affected. This contained all the dust, despite all the sanding from drywall work. At the end of the day, all their tools and supplies were neatly removed from the kitchen and the area was clean. They replaced drywall, had new baseboards made to match 100+ year old existing, and painted all walls with a fresh coat of paint. Work was completed in 4.5 days. Attention to detail was superb. A few phone calls during the week , confirmed my choices and answered any questions. They made sure everything was beyond our expectations. The end product is a delight to walk into everyday!

Excellent Service, Great Communication, and Quick Turn-around. They painted my 100yr old home in Cleveland Heights and did so while working around around a current tenant who was moving out. top notch work. Their prices were just a hair below the average of 4 quotes we received, but the quality couldn't have been any better. Thank you.

They did my friends exterior painting on their house, didn't sand it. It looks like a 4 year old painted it. Got paint all over the windows, all over her flowers, you can still see the red at the bottom of the house. 3 no shows after saying they would come to re-do. Finally left the job saying, you give me more money to fix it or "we part ways". So unprofessional. And now her house is unfinished and they wont fix it. DO NOT HIRE THEM if you want the job done properly.
